Couturier allows you to merge multiple PDF documents and images into one document.
Couturier is inspired by iCombiner.

The source contains a debian folder, but that may need updating to build with current procedures, since it hasn't been touched since 2012:

As a reference, I had a need a few days ago to combine several PDF files into one document. I installed the current .deb file and everything works correctly.

PDF-Shuffler does that--I use it all the time.

That is great to know. The one thing I like about Couturier is that it also works with image files not just PDFs. Not sure if PDF Shuffler has that ability.
