Has anyone here had experience with Tuned on MXLinux/ Debian? By way of background:
Tuned is a profile-based system tuning tool that uses the udev device manager to monitor connected devices, and enables both static and dynamic tuning of system settings. Dynamic tuning is an experimental feature and is turned off by default in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7. Tuned is also available for Debian and Ubuntu distributions and drastically improves performance.

Is it worth using? Is it usable?

It installs improperly.

Well, that wasn't nice - the tuned github has a sysvinit service but the debian package doesn't include it.

The latest tuned_2.24.1 - with a working sysvinit service file - has just been uploaded to the MX-23 Test repository.
The *.mxrepo.com mirrors should sync in 15 minutes or so, Third party mirrors, of course, will sync at their own schedule.
