mx-packageinstaller

Just two phrases are required (one long, one short) for the mx-packageinstaller app in these languages: Dutch, French, German, Greek, Japanese, Romanian, Spanish, Swedish. A bit more work would be necessary to bring Catalan and Italian up to completion.
