To paraphrase "MX-14 one of the two best Linux OS". (Manjaro the other).dolphin_oracle wrote:LHG is back, running on a netbook.

He comments on it quite often these days. Even his distro reviews are often done in virtualbox running on MX. He's been on a lubuntu kick lately.Jerry3904 wrote:Hey: LHC has been going crazy! New titles I had not seen:

Re: LHG is back, with MX running on a netbook
Yes... MX-14 is great for lower powered computers.
I've got it installed as the primary OS on a little Dell 11Z Netbook. Our great niece (my wife's sister's daughter's daughter) is staying with us right now and uses that Netbook with MX-14 every day, and even though she has no prior experience with Linux, it's working great for her, and she likes it.
So, hopefully, those types of video reviews will give MX-14 more visibility and more users, so that we'll have more participation from users of it in the forums that may help to contribute to it.
My thanks to the MX-14 Dev Team for making it available to us.

Re: LHG is back, with MX running on a netbook
One very big plus for MX against Manjaro is that on a usb flash, MX will boot on a differenct computer. Take Manjaro away from the computer it was installed on and it very likely will not boot.
That's my experience!
