Played around a bit with conky today and made three variants on a theme...
MX-Comfort-Minimal, MX-Comfort-Basic and MX-Comfort-Sysinfo

That's interesting!

Design idea: on -Sysinfo, do you know way to have two short columns instead of one long one in order to make the conky more compact? Ideally, the two columns would fit inside the width of the top clock line

Shortest day of the year led me to this: a b/w version of an antony wallpaper with a moon that shows actual phase for my location. Got the moon by deleting everything from a gkrellm invisible theme except the plugin.

That's really cool. It's sort of like a live wallpaper with the current moon phase.

Late to the party, but : Happy New Year to You All !
Inspite of local weather conditions - both current and forecasted , the (AI-generated) snowman seems happy... Probably leaving my desktop any time soon :p
