Slightly modified mx-debian-blue-rounded theme to replace minimize/resize/close buttons with 3 OSX-style color dots.

Once the original for (my) dual monitor operation (6400x2160)
and once as UHD 16x9 (3840*2160)
can then be resized, reduced, cut, and the MX logo can be added to the wallpapers.
Font dpi set to 96 for kernel 6 nvidia, right?
