Thanks @Jerry3904. I followed the how-to from this site and it was a lot of fun creating the style.

How to make fluxbox styles:

This is my Fluxbox . There are many others like it, but this one is mine. My Fluxbox is my best friend. It is my life.
I must master it as I must master my life. Without me, my Fluxbox is useless. Without my Fluxbox, I am useless.

Christmas is over. Time to put away the desktop decorations and show off my new theme. Created a new style called Oreo (like the cookie) and tweaked MX Koo's conky to a black and semi-white look to go with b&w desktop images.

Take it you refer to the icons in the (tint2) dock.
This is a set of 80-or-so application icons of 96x96 pixel size, that I created for use in a dock (initially for wmalauncher but later on for tint2 application dock).
Most icons are based on early Faenza - and some on early Papirus, reworked and/or copied into a uniform frame.

All icons are in full-color, but for the tint2-dock I prefer to show them in a low-saturated mode, by setting : launcher_icon_asb = 100 -80 -10. Similar saturation can of course be achieved also when icons are set in tint2 buttons.

If you're interested, you can download the icons from my google drive

That desktop has a nice 'stilled' feel. The tint2 toolbar with its glassy effect and blueish border is wonderful...

Created a new version of my "mxfb-greycubes" wallpaper (which is part of the mxfb-art package) where the cubes are now all branded with @Amigo's modern styled fluxbox logo. Also created one with the more traditional mxfb logo. If anyone is interested, I'll gladly upload them.

The toolbar is my modification of ututo's 'minimo' tint2 panel, which includes 5 executors (pager/volume/cpu/ram/clock). Also made a matching fluxbox style to go with this panel.

As can be seen in below screenshot, I have added a "Places" entry in my rootmenu.
I've searched hi and low (in vain) for a script that could generate a dynamic cascading menu. In absence of which, I ended up creating a static submenu to allow fast access to commonly used folders.
