@fehlix
DIY: drag'n'drop within side pane
Tried it. Maybe I did it wrong and will try again.

Also, just saying it would be a more polished look for MX if it was out-of-the-box done that way.

hello dolphin_oracle
scrot v1.5-1 introduces new features in MX bullseye.
The scrot option "note" is introduced in MX bullseye.
The note option when used in a script is sensitive to the full path name of the font; font path is a compulsory argument in the note option. bash expansion of the font full path either just works or can produce unexpected results when used in a script; surrounded by other commands.
font path success:
Of the available fonts in MX21 the path to /usr/share/fonts/truetype/liberation/
any of the ttf files in the /liberation folder will work with scrot note.
font path with unexpected results, not working: all others.
font path that can work: /usr/share/fonts/X11/Type1/
can work with adding file z003034l.pfb
can work with adding file b018015l.pfb
[Can these be added into this folder for final?]
(these do not work in /X11/Type1/ as a symlink to /gsfonts, even with a renaming.)

When scripting with scrot -note,
Please confine use of default font path in scrot note usage to the fonts in the /liberation folder.
Does the note feature seem like a feature suited for a cron job screencapture?
with reduced brilliance it can be a type of watermark.
example of unexpected when testing the font path /usr/share/fonts/X11/Type1/co648bt_.pfb in note
There is success until the entry for the text to print is cat /etc/mx-version. It kills the script with that combination of font and text entry.

At the local user level a font path can be created, simple name symlinks work in the folder creation trials done here. Have had success with /home/user/.fonts/ and /home/user/.local/share/fonts/ and /usr/local/share/fonts/ and other paths created seem to work okay. The local configuration is easy; getting it out the door with usable default fonts working is restricted (limited at this time) to the /liberation fonts.

Particularly for non English set up.

Hi:
Installation in Spanish from Spain.
Creating a MX21-64bits USB-live from a MX21 32bits disk installation.
In Legacy mode the menu and choice of language without problems, choosing the Spanish of Spain, but when choosing the "Timezone", Madrid is not the main node of that variant of Spanish, if there are other points of Latin American Spanish, in the installer on disk is all correct, there is no option to choose different time zones as my situation that would be Spanish in the Canary Islands, the Timezone would be " Atlantic->Canary Islands".
In EFI mode, also Madrid does not appear for Spanish in Spain and in the Timezone " Atlantic" only appears Reykjavik, neither Canary Islands, nor Azores, etc...
I have to say that in the Timezone, the "Auto" option chooses the Spain/Madrid zone, but not my location in the Canary Islands.
Once started the USB-live both in Legacy and EFI, the system language works fine, obviously some programs must be installed separately, as the case of Firefox I wanted to add that in previous versions and in this one, the option "install languages" of the MX installer, works with the O.S, Libreoffice, Thunderbird but never works with Firefox, you always have to install the package from Firefox, it is a pity that does not work directly from the MX installer.

I have not tested Remasterize, and on live sessions I have not been able to test enough.

In MX19 on this laptop I had to permanently add to the grub the command "video=SVIDEO-1d", so that it would boot without pausing, without the command it took more than 7 minutes... In MX21 beta1 it doesn't happen to me anymore, I guess it has been corrected in this new kernel...
Good. Please do also test the GRUB menu on the Live System. Also check the translations of the Live GRUB menus.

@dolphin_oracle Thanks! Installation without any problems. I did notice a bit more ram usage, though it doesn't actually bother me at all. Everything seems to work as it should. A slightly more modified firewall script is noticeable, compared to the standard one that has been used so far with UFW. For most tasks, a user password is sufficient, for not many, a superuser. In general, gentlemen, thank you very much - probably not only me - for all your wonderful work. You guys are amazing.

Thanks, so you are happy with the translated GRUB menus?
What locale code you would choose for Canary-Island is not es_ES?
So you are missing the timezon to choose.
And also what keyboard layout you would select normally in Canary-Island.
Best post the codes also your default keyboard if it is not the normal "es" keyboards normally used.

Please update that video to state a bit more clear that it is “Not an official MX KDE 21 Release. MX KDE 21 is not released yet.”

We also have requirements that you clearly state that something is a “Respin”, your video just says “ i have make this iso with mx-snapshot” which Isn’t clear enough.

You’re going to confuse people and make them think we’ve released MX KDE 21 Beta or final.

Hi fehlix:
The Grub menus are fine in my language ES_es.

I rectify, in the EFI mode of the USB-Live if it comes out Europe/Madrid for Spanish of Spain, in USB-Live Legacy it does not.
The Canary Islands time zone is (GMT+1), it is the same as Lisbon or London. And the language and keyboard are the same as Spanish from Spain "ES_es and es".
