It could be useful by alerting IBM to the popularity (and excellence) of MX Linux.

I don't mind what other distros vote, "cheating" or not, but the vote number of MX users. According to the active forum users, the number supposed to be higher. Maybe many are not interested in this open vote.

True, and it's sad, not really funny .

We already depend on Redhat (aka IBM) and Debian.
Still struggling to avoid the worst aspects of systemd.

IBM spent millions defending Linux in the SCO patent disputes and they pay their staff to help make the kernel better for all of us so perhaps it isn't all bad.

But anyway that appears to be distinctly off-topic for this thread so I'll shut up now :lipsrsealed:
