Upgrade from MX19 to MX 23 - No Sound!  [Solved]

Help for Current Versions of MX
When asking for help, use Quick System Info from MX Tools. It will be properly formatted using the following steps.
1. Click on Quick System Info in MX Tools
2. Right click in your post and paste.

Could it really be coincidental that the sound just happened to stop working when I chose to install MX23?
Anyhow, I'm very pleased that my machine is back up and running and hopefully now makes it past 20 years of useful computing thanks to Linux and the kindness of the good folk of this forum.
