Meh,

I enjoyed the early Sabbath stuff especially War Pigs but how we as a culture canonize these people and excuse so many horrible personality traits and behaviors that would be completely unacceptable in any other paradigm is beyond me. I had to stop reading Biographies of my favourite artists because the repetitive pattern of 'wrote-some-good-songs-but-was-a-terrible-person' was really ruining my enjoyment of their art. How much damage did that man do to his family in the vain pursuit of rock and roll fame? Sorry, I just don't get it at all..
