hello everyone, I have a problem installing linux mx and mx fluxbox, the installation is normal, even before entering the system, when you open the system, the screen is very dark, you can't see almost anything, I don't know how to solve it, I found out when I was installing mx fluxbox, then I tried with linux mx and the same thing happened, with another linux I had no problem on the screen, if anyone can help thanks, I don't understand English I'm using a translation tool

Boot your desktop from your USB drive and in the Live Session (where you would normally start the installation), open a terminal session, run the command and then post the output here.

Can you launch a live session again, but this time run the Quick System Info (QSI) utility located in MX Tools? After you run the QSI, click on Copy for Forum at the bottom and then right click / paste in a new post here in your thread.

Sorry, I didn't understand, but I can't open linux mx, neither on a pendrive nor install it because the screen goes dark, if it's on another linux then you can install or start it from a pendrive, but I'll try to find this one (Quick System Info( QSI)) on another linux, zorin, mint, and pop os, I was able to open it on B50-30, I was having difficulties opening even these linux, but with the grub update, it was fine, but linux mx and fluxbox mx continued with the dark screen, when I find the Quick System Info(QSI), I start a new session

I believe you need MX 21 AHS for your hardware.

I also don't think we have Mesa 21.2.6 in a current MX release, AHS or otherwise, so take a deep breath and relax. You need to follow instructions.
