It works for me and takes me to the BIOS download page. Clear your browser's cache and delete your cookies.

Our son downloaded the new BIOS.

We tried to update the BIOS from a USB stick - no update BIOS option in the menu.

We're looking at alternative ways to update the BIOS.

I'll try clearing the cache and cookies first ...

No joy after cleared cache and cookies.

I'll get our son (he's still on MS due to gaming) to make a bootable DDDP USB and try that.

He'll need to make a bootable DOS USB stick. From the downloads page
File Format: CPG BIOS Executable for Windows/DOS
BTW your owner's manual is here: https://downloads.dell.com/manuals/all- ... _en-us.pdf

BIOS A11 loaded. No joy.

Video stalls, no audio, on amazon prime streaming movie.

archive.org streaming old scifi seems to work fine.

Don't quote code, use code tags. The </> button not the " button.

Then you're not having a problem with a wifi adapter, you're having a problem with Amazon Prime.

Netflix popped up a window saying that they were having trouble.

Are all the major streaming platforms under attack at the moment that I'm chasing a wifi - streaming problems?

Amazon runs fine then audio stops and video stutters ...

I just noticed that there's no mention of "UEFI" on the desktop PC.

I think that the install of MX Linux on this machine won't boot if BIOS is set to UEFI -
could that cause this problem?
