Wow, that was fast, congratulations to all the developers and helpers and thanks.

I am late to the party, as I had a power failure that cause three problems on my signature machine. First the RAM errors (replaced RAM), then a dead SSD (Got a new 970 EVO), and finally a BIOS setting that got reverted (or maybe it was reverted to the default. Ryzen needs Power supply current set to typical). These problems lead to crashes and confusion about possible problems with the betas and RC.

Anyway, last night, reinstalled the RCI, and did the synaptic upgrades. I must have just missed the window for the released version, as mine still said RC1.

But as the migration page says, RC1 is fully upgradable to final, so that will be tonight.

The install was perfect on the fresh SSD, though the first boot failed, until I remembered to go in the BIOS and select the new drive. Then the boot was normal.
It was late, so the tweaks and packages about half done.

It looks great, and still up and running this morning, so a path to stability is finally hers , so the power surge damage looks fixed.
I will finish with nvidia, conky, and a few more packages tonight. About 30 seconds from grub to firefox open on the desktop.

At least tomorrow.

Seriously, it is JUST out! It'll be a few years alright.

Generally, support would end when Debian LTS ends.

As Debian have not released EOL details for Debian 10 (the version MX-19 uses), it's impossible to answer your question.

Following the pattern with previous releases, it seems like 2024 would be a reasonable guess.

I'm suspect it's related to his hybrid graphics question, which no one has helped solve yet.
