How can you make all the windows have the same color of the chosen theme? Some applications appear with a white background when using dark themes.

sudo bash -c "lookandfeeltool -a $(grep -oP 'LookAndFeelPackage=\K.*' ~/.config/kdeglobals) 2>/dev/null"
I solved the fcitx issue, by installing sogoupinyin:JayM wrote: Fri Jul 24, 2020 3:33 am The fcitx keyboard shortcuts are probably just a matter of mapping them in Plasma, but I have no idea how as I'm an Xfce kind of guy.Perhaps this will help? https://www.addictivetips.com/ubuntu-li ... -plasma-5/
Quick System Info that steam crashes machine:JayM wrote: Fri Jul 24, 2020 3:12 am I'm not SwampRabbit, but issues specifically with the KDE beta 2 belong here. As far as the Nvidia driver installation problem goes, normally it would go in the MX KDE forum after it gets created which will be after that version of MX is officially released, but meanwhile I guess it also goes here?![]()
It would be helpful if, when you're on the machine with the Intel/Nvidia combo, you described the issue in some detail including which Nvidia driver you selected, and if you posted the Quick System Info from that machine.

It works with the line you suggested but now I have 2 colors.tony37 wrote: Fri Jul 24, 2020 7:07 amIt worked for me. Is it possible it didn't work for you because you didn't have a /root/.config/kdeglobals file yet? I simply don't know if the command creates the file if it isn't there
It shall work for system white available themes, which are placed with /usr/share/plasma/lookandfeel, not for user only themes placed under ~/.local/share/plasma/lookandfeelGerson wrote: Fri Jul 24, 2020 7:03 amI applied the line from Konsole and even restarted and changed the theme but I get the same result of white background in dark themes.fehlix wrote: Fri Jul 24, 2020 6:49 amPerhaps try this line wunning within the konsole opend as normal user:Gerson wrote: Fri Jul 24, 2020 6:44 am How can you make all the windows have the same color of the chosen theme?
