You would use the updated mx-installer within the running live system, regardless whether persistence is used or running read-only e.g from ISO. Is it enough to make the Live-USB persistence and update it? Or must update the host system and make a new snapshot and USB?

I tried sudo, not using -E option, changing to root... no use.
"No subvolumes could be created." error at 11% formating partition (btrfs) on minstall gui.
I ended up copying the home folder and changing permissions to $user home folder, so it could boot using config files from last snapshot over a fresh beta2 installation.
