Thank you, @CharlesV and @Freja
for the plymouth scripting and the initial creative vision for the animation.
Brilliant work!

And at both @asqwerth and @Eadwine Rose I will refrain from doing the "take this and..." and just say speedy recovery to both of you!

Pneumonia is painful, and in some cases it is life-threatening.
I am very worried, hope you get well soon.

Last time I had it I nearly kicked the curb. This time thank goodness we caught it very early. I'll be ok, it'll just take its jolly time.

Re: MX Boot Animation at testing
@CharlesV
After the update to plymouth-themes-mx (23.06.03) I am now seeing issues with the shutdown animation.
Sometimes it just shows the start image and then blacks out, sometimes the animation runs through in hyperspeed, sometimes the animation doesn't show at all. Can't see any pattern as to which happens when.
Can post QSI tonight when back in front of my laptop if you need it.

Re: MX Boot Animation at testing
This all sounds like its running through the graphics REALLY fast. Yes, please post your QSI, I suspect your on a fast machine?Melber wrote: Tue Jun 27, 2023 4:22 am @CharlesV

No rush on the QSI, I am off in a kayak most of today, but will check it when I return.
