can you send me an screenshot where can i do this with the hardware acceleration
This is not a screenshot but just as good, go to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/pe ... e-settings which will clearly show where and how to disable "hardware acceleration" in Firefox as well as a little screenshot.

Note that the "hardware acceleration" setting is somewhat "hidden" under the "Use recommended performance setting" so you will not see "hardware acceleration" unless you first unckeck "Use recommended performance settings" under the "Performance heading".

Side note; Chrome is my browser of choice. No regrets.

(It may also be an issue just due to this version of Firefox, nothing to worry about)

In the meantime, it's really so nice to see this as "solved" :D
thank you for your best support

You're very welcome :)

Before I forget: You can later install more recent kernels from "MX Package Installer" - "Popular Apps" tab, as they appear, for today: 5.18 . Soon 5.19 (though it's already in Test Repo /Debian Backports tabs) .. then 6.0 ...

(To keep it up-to-date for security & bug fixes, as the AHS kernel doesn't get upgraded automatically)

Just whenever new ones are available there, no specific intervals :)

(In fact, you don't "have to" .. This is just to stay up-to-date .. security & bug fixes)

By the way:

In case of a problem (even a boot problem) you'll find the older kernels in "Advanced Options" in Grub menu, you can boot with them.

Also, if everything's ok with the new kernel, you can remove some older ones with "MX Cleanup" (Kernel Removal Tool below) with 2 clicks easily...

... Or, in case you'd like to remove any kernel (no matter new/old) you can do it same way as installation (as above) or with "MX Cleanup" (when booted with the other kernel you want to keep).
