I've noticed when bouncing between various styles, the titlebar sometimes changes in size so I've decided to make them all the same size using the overlay file.

Code: Select all

# titlebar height
window.title.height: 25
I've done the same with the small grips

Code: Select all

# set grip size
window.handleWidth: 5
This is my Fluxbox . There are many others like it, but this one is mine. My Fluxbox is my best friend. It is my life.
I must master it as I must master my life. Without me, my Fluxbox is useless. Without my Fluxbox, I am useless.

Works OK if the style uses the fb built-in window decorations.
Can look weird if the style uses pixmaps of a significantly different size for the window decorations.

All the styles I have downloaded from tenr.de have the xpm file sizes at 23x23 or less. I did notice that the MX-comfort pixmaps are slightly bigger.
For example

Doty 13x13
Squared_for_Debian 16x15
arch 19x19
BlueFlux 22x22
bloe 23x23

MX-comfort 24x26
MX-comfort-dark 24x26
MX-comfort-plus 32x32
MX-comfort-plus-dark 32x32

Today's upgrade pulled in debian 12.8 point release. For me this means a kernel upgrade to 6.1.0-27 ( --> I like stable... )

Me too.

I have Debian's stock kernel installed (6.1.0-27 = 6.1.115) but prefer to run Xanmod's latest 6.6 LTS kernel (6.6.60).
