I tend to agree with you concerning function but as Jerry indicate, room.

Odd point...is anyone else's whisker menu gradually shrinking... Mines gets a little smaller everytime I hit the "menu" button. I thought I was nuts at first, but now a scroll bar has shown up and the free space on the scrollbar gets bigger everytime I access the menu.

I can resize the menu of course, its just weird.

Well, I only have the LO writer installed so saves me a huge hunk of disk space. ;) (Sorry . . . couldn't resist.)

Irrelevant...

EDIT: every distro sets out with some core decisions that cascade through the whole process. Here decisions were made at the beginning of development to feature a full LO, Debian Stable, a single CD size and a unique look. If those start being changed this late in the game, everything suddenly comes into flux and all hell breaks loose.

I can barely keep up with it all, but I got the root thunar (right click open root) working on the newest downloaded iso and on the install. Likely a glitch then

Also got mic sound to work on Skype although it is VERY soft, which is where the prob was. All is set to max, cannot change anything there.

Then has someone tried to get the screenshot plugin in the panel? I cannot get it to work since it apparently launches itself more than once in the last 60 seconds. Pressing execute produces the same screen again.

I just tried, and it seems to crash with an error message like you report.

This is a good time maybe to remind people that Alt-F5 is mapped to the screenshooter (see QuickStart).

Thank you! Do you happen to know where to remap the keycombo?

Mine was too small to start with, so I resized it. It has remained at that size since.
