I see Nvidia, but "test current sound card" button does nothing and after few seconds the window closes alone ....

Use a smaller version there, or attach using postimage (link below post window)

From your QSI
The driver you want is snd_hda_intel, so you should select the alternate that is shown. It's likely that Intel supplied the sound chip to NVidia.

I think that the audio chip on your NVida graphics card has been fried and you should probably look for a replacement. There should be plenty available in the used equipment market.

Give this a try:
in a terminal
Once alsamixer is on screen then :
F6 to choose your sound card
F5 to view all settings
on each mixer bar / channel, use + to raise the volume to 100
arrow right over to the next bar and raise each one up. (There are more to the right, off screen! set them all up high)
Do this for all bars / channels.
then retest the Audio Volume again.
