Just ordered 2 bags of coffee-- "Dark Mode", of course

Here's your ONLY way of getting it:

No thanks. I am hyper-sensitive to caffeine and decaffeinated coffee is just flavoured brown water.

terminal.shop is an interesting idea. Not sure how many people who are not interested in the gimmick would order stuff like that. That's a great idea if you want to limit your product to a small percentage of a small percentage (people who know to use ssh and a terminal)

From their website it looks as if they are testing the waters, I couldn't find any information about what they actually do and no About page, just a FAQ which has an edgy vibe to it.

I get my coffee from a local roaster. She delivers it to my door.-)

I'm also hyper-sensitive to caffeine. Decaf has from 4 to 10 percent the caffeine of regular. Gives me a nice buzz. I've always heard. Especially whole bean is at the upper level, ground fresh, yummy.

I'm probably hippo-sensitive, I don't need coffee to wake up and if I drink in the evening I don't have problems falling asleep (I mean, not more than usual)

Excellent idea! I hope more internet stores (not "webstores" !) like this crop up, selling different things, not just coffee :-B ... (Note, nothing against coffee, I am drinking coffee as I type this. But it would just be coooool buying all kinds of products and services on the net completely without a browser, hoho.)

Maybe they are just harvesting your money.

Maybe so. If it goes by body-weight, a normal dose of caffeine for a human wouldn't have the same effect on a hippo. All the same, I don't think I'd want to be around a hippo that's hyped up on caffeine.

Heh, I meant hypo but hey, hippo works in my case too.

Beyond the niche method novelty, I don't see much point, and it is far more expensive than just going to a local coffee shop and getting one (and supporting your local brick and mortar business in the process).

Given that a hippo has enough jaw strength to crush your skull, to the point where even saltwater crocodiles fear it, it makes sense to be hippo-sensitive.

I'd still rather take my chances with a mosquito than a hyper-caffeinated hippo.

So far I've killed far more mosquitoes than have killed me, I'm 0 to 0 with hippos.

I prefer Mate to coffee. The desktop environment was actually named after this drink and the acronym MATE with a more computer centric meaning was invented afterwards.
