I did not know that a 32-bit Debian system can be installed on a 32-bit system without ISO and installer. Would it require another live Distro like 32-bit AntiX or Arch running on a flash drive to do this? I believe that it will not be for the faint hearted.

you would need an iso and installer, just not debian's iso and installer.
