Any way??

Suggestion: start the manual. Find it in the menu.

For those not interested in reading a manual, just right click on the panel, choose "Panel Preferences" where you can move "Items" around at will.

This re-orders the ones on the right, not the user apps on the left...

Right Click on an Icon and choose move if available. (Otherwise that Item tab provides the move for the rest of them. )

To my knowledge, there is no way to move icons of running programs. But you can have their area they reside in moved around.

I see no move other than move to workspace and I only have workspace.
I can unpin an icon, ask for it in MX App Menu, and then repin it but it will appear as right-most. No way to move them that I see.

Probably the Docklike Taskbar doing this, it's new and so far doesn't do much for me
In order to do what you want it may need to be removed and the launchers that were on it manually placed on the Panel, that should allow them to be moved to whatever location you desire.
If there's a way to do it with the Docklike Taskbar's settings I haven't found it yet.

Maybe a screen shot for the icons you are trying to move?

I am able to move everything except for running applications. Here, I have Rich Clicked on the Logout Action Button and the context menu shows move.

I think what your after is the Docklike Taskbar in the Panel Preferences - Item tab. Drag it to a different location and you should those icons on the left move with it. It is the area where the application dock places running and "docked apps" .

Before and after moving - using that Panel Preferences.

Not sure what you exactly want.

But if you use docklike and have pinned your applications you normally need and if you want to change the order of this pinned Apps, then you can open the config file ... ... and change the order there.

That moves them all as a clump. They are not individually moveable WITHIN THAT CLUMP wherever you put the clump.

Yes, it's not very user friendly.

You can Control+Left Click and drag icons around in the Docklike Taskbar without editing the config file.
