you need a fourth partition, formatted fat32 and with the ESP flag.

1.1 GB // ext4 //no flags ?
2, 0.5 GB // fat32 // flags: boot ESP
3. 8 GB swap swap
4. rest GB /root

check this

solved?
no, problem persists :/

regarding ESP size:
"
256 mb is plenty for an ESP. it doesn't hold any kernels.

On an UEFI laptop (i use UEFI laptops, Lenovo too, but old thinkpads : T420 & T430) you must have at least :
/boot/efi as a FAT32(vfat) partition (no need to be big, 100 MB is very large for this)
/ as a root partition
if you want :
a swap partition, no mountpoint for this, only a formating in swap filesystem
/home if you need to separate your personal files from the root filesystem

You can use the integrated partition manager in the mxlinux installer to do this, or use Gparted to partition and format. With the integrated installer you will have to indicate the mountpoints. It will detect your Fat32 partition and you could assign it to be the EFI partition, same thing for the swap partition, etc.

For the GRUB installation you must choose your disk (not a partition), which seems /dev/nvme0n1 in your case.

Last but not least. If you use the standard Debian kernel (5.10), secure boot can be enabled, but if you choose some non standard one in the MX repositories (or elsewhere), you can have a Linux Kernel that is not supported by SecureBoot....

I need to have 4 partitions
ESP - because of the GRUB install to have ESP
BOOT - otherwise installer wont start
ROOT - same
SWAP - swap

Thats it! it works, case closed

Disabling this feature, allowed MX to boot normaly,
thank you

Secure Boot:
[Enabled]
Prevent unauthorized operationg systems from running at boot time
[Disabled]
Allow to run any operating systems at boot time
[Note]
Enabling Secure Boot requires to set the startup setting to "UEFI Only" and "CSM Support: No".
