Funny thing is, the professor, Professing to be wise, revealed himself to be a fool he got paid a fools wages, which was expulsion. Let's hope the students will have learned from the real tutors in this lesson, that interfering with those who have a vested interest in the furtherance of a good work will result in instant and irrevocable action to protect theirs, and the worlds interests.

Under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act a federal prosecutor could make a case for multiple counts of a federal felony being committed when they did this.
Being banned is not as harsh as years in federal prison.
