The logout delay? System Settings > Startup and Shutdown > Desktop Session - untick "Confirm logout"

I have been playing around with the system tray icon sizes, and the size only changes when the panel height passes a threshold. Even setting the value to 4, which would permit huge icons, they stay pretty well matched to the panel height.

For example, with the value set to 4, the icon size won't actually go up from 22 points until the panel height is 36 pixels or above.

It begs the question why is the default value 1?

Now, the magic of MX has created a handy Tweak to change the icon size - great job!

By default the icons start to stack into multiple roes.
