As I posted elsewhere, this theme was made for Xfce and tested on MX-19, and is very highly rated:

I've been looking at it on MXFB where it works particularly well. Not sure what the policy is, but if possible I would like to see it in the repos.

Do they provide any licensing information at all, or do I have to play Sherlock to try and dig that up?

Yeah, in the lack of any information, I could just reuse the Arc copyright file.

I'm somewhat tired and ill with a cold right now, so it may take a day or two for me to force my grumpy bones to the task.

Except the wm border theme is different, with the colourful window buttons.

Not sure about the licence for that.

Apparently the theme's creator, etles-team, uploaded it to several sites including Videolan for some reason. I couldn't find anything on github for it though. Just videolan, gnome look, mate look, etc.

Excellent, thanks very much. For me there is a great difference between this and its parent Arc-Darker, and I think it will make a good addition to the dark gallery.
