Why not using uget and also install aria2. Do enabe aria2 module within uget settings.
It will start the download from the last interrupted, with downloading only the remaining not yet downloaded part.

I don't know your ISP situation. You can't use FTP? wget? If HTML is not working for you. Can't leave it running overnight?

antiX-19 seems to run on old equipment. I use it on some old Pentium-III.

Maybe e-mail? I'll burn it to CD and send by mail?

Bad ISP connection, countless ruined distro downloads over many years so must be torrent d/load. Laptop USB port not working (tried it). No OS on hard drive. Download must be on a CD (under 700 MB) and 32bit. Laptop is IBM Thinkpad R31. (Similar to this https://www.cnet.com/products/ibm-think ... dd-series/

@turtlebay, do you have only the one machine? If you have another machine you could move the hard drive to the other machine, install, then move it back. I've done that on old laptops with no USB or CD.
