I'm part of the "people" and I use defintion instead of resolution because that's the right term.
Do you intend to call your

a dog? Or do you think people should call MX Linux Windows because they're used to it

?

the new feature adds letting hte user choose to use the user (sudo) password instead of the root password for admin task.

The strings 8 and 63 are both "Display". Guess they must have different meanings. Can someone please explain which one is "Screen""?

I think they are both screen...the same word is used in two gui screens.
