What versions of Wine/wine-staging have you tried? We have a much newer version in the test repo.
If you're running 64-bit, you may also need to install the 32-bit Mesa openGL libraries for Windows 32-bit games, just like you would for Steam games.

Tried various Wine installations, also from the test repo. In the end i had to remove Wine completely, including the .Wine folder, because the other applications failed also.
I have installed Wine again from the first tab MX Package Manager.

Picasa 3 and Space Cadet Pinball installed again and no problems.
But 3D Train Studio still gives this message:
We could not find any compatible graphics card for display. Make sure that your video card supports DirectX 9.0c (at least shader version 3.0) or higher) and that you have installed the latest drivers.

It is not really important for me and it loads with ArcoLinux, but does not render correct scenes as with Windows 10.
I only intended to use Wine for Picasa and that is working. The rest is just a little bit playing around with Wine.
MX Linux 18 runs perfectly and is faster than e.g. ArcoLinux or Manjaro!

Thanks and kind regards, GSM
