Somewhere within the installer but probably also with the MX Repo manager is a "bug" create lots of warnings:

Seems the installer replaces all mx occurrences of the repo entries to one repo based on my location, ignoring the fact that I already had prepare the repos for Germany with my own mx-de.sources file.

Only the installer and probably als MX Repo manager, seem to wrongly assume apt/nala will only work with one repo mirror enabled, and do create such a mess.
In case some one asks, nala can load from multiple enabled repos in parallel for faster download. apt will also use multiple mirrors in case of fallback scenarios or a repo is outdated

1. In thunar go to configure toolbar.
Enable the Icon View, List View, Compact View, View Switcher toolbar icons.
Then click, hover, focus, unfocus the window and toolbar icons mentioned previously. In some cases the toolbar button icons disappear or change color to the blue button background color making them invisible. It doesn't happen in the light theme.

2. In Window Manager Style tab the Button Layout icons are invisble and you can't click and drag them to change the title bar layout. Maybe it's not supposed to be changeable in this theme.
no, they're most likely bugs. Thanks for the report, will look into it. Presume you're using xfce.
@BV206
Look out for the update to mx-ease-themes_25.09.02, which should fix the above bugs.
The update also adds a depend for gtk2-engines-pixbuf to fix theme issues with qt6 based apps.

I commented out localize-repo out of the installer, but the live system will still use localize-repo to localize any mx (and antix for that matter) source in any list or sources file under /etc/apt/sources.list.d/. this has always been true for list files, and I imagine mx-repo-manager is similar. it trips me up sometimes when certain repos are not mirrored.
