This is so wrong. That word is always offensive in the UK.
(Just because people use it 'for a laugh' doesn't make it ok).

Does a discussion of offensive words really belong in this topic. I would suggest that they do not.

It doesn't, but the comment was made and I feel needs to be challenged.
(No, I'm not suggesting deleting any posts and any reply such as 'take it up in a pm' is insufficient as the false post will still be there)
