How to install the driver for the Realtek RTL8188FTV WiFi Adapter in mx linux!

#1 Post by chandra1961 »

I am exhausted from trying to install the driver for the Realtek RTL8188FTV WiFi Adapter on another laptop, where I successfully installed MX Linux, but could not install the driver. So, I was trying to help by developing a snapshot after installing the driver with the WiFi Adapter in this laptop. Can someone please help me install a driver for the Realtek RTL8188FTV WiFi Adapter?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Also, where are you getting this driver? And the adapter should be plugged in when the QSI is created.
MXPI = MX Package Installer
QSI = Quick System Info from menu
The MX Test repository is mostly backports; not the same as Debian testing

You got it, those were instructions on how to post your QSI.

So, this shows that your WiFi is up... are you trying to add a secondary WiFi Adapter?
*QSI = Quick System Info from menu (Copy for Forum)
*MXPI = MX Package Installer
*Please check the solved checkbox on the post that solved it.

Why did you mark this solved when it isn't solved? Removing solved marker. Note that the check mark is not a thank you or a like button.
