MX Package Installer makes it very easy. When you launch MXPI, the first tab you see will be Popular Apps ==> scroll down to the Kernels section, expand it and mark the Liquorix kernel you want to try and then click on Install at the bottom. On your machine this may take quite a while to complete, so be patient. When it completes, reboot. Can I explicitly install "Liquori kernel"? I have no clue or idea how to do this because honestly I just learn this linux stuff about almost a year now and I'm installing them to my old Macbook Pro to extend their life to be use by my old man. I find MX the most easiest one to install with old machines. I will give a shot on this and get back to you. Thank you in advance for helping me on this.
I'll answer your question to @CharlesV here as well. All you need to do is to go to Repo Manager in MX Tools, tab over to Individual Sources and put a check mark beside the AHS Repo (it's at the very bottom) and then run any updates that appear.
