Unusual Upgrade Message - Advice Requested  [Solved]

I have just clicked the green upgrade icon in the panel and got the following message:-
The following packages will be upgraded:

It looks suspicious to me. Is it or can I proceed?

And the current release of Visual Studio Code as of June 3, 2025 is v1.100.3 as per its Wikipedia page.

Release date shows June 12, 2025.
My point is that a user with a VS Code repository installed and worrying over an update for something called "code" is getting a version update that is entirely within the parameters of a current release of Visual Studio Code. If it's changed in the last few hours, cool. Tonight Wikipedia said the latest version was inline with what OP was seeing when the topic was started.
