The issue is with the debian package so a bug report needs to be filed with them. The file listings at their own page at https://packages.debian.org/bookworm-ba ... rono1.83.0
show the library package is not in the debs.
That is pretty weird, since the package build runs a testsuite of the finished binaries. Maybe the binary just didn't get installed. They might have missed reverting the t64 changes for that library for the backport.
