Maybe too often logout/login.
Suggest reboot in order the polkit agent would run properly and does have a good connection to the sessionbus,
which seems to broen within you current session.
+++ EDIT+++
Simple test:
Open terminal and run:

Code: Select all

pkexec true
What do you get?

I am Really Sorry. I have mistakenly turned off PolicyKit Authentication Agent in the Session and Startup application. But after enabling it. It is working perfectly Fine.
