Dell All-in-One stand question

#1 Post by jonnken »

Does anyone know the purpose of the two inch "bump-out hook" on the Dell 73dh9 All-in-One stand pictured in the image? It is about 3/4 up the rear of the monitor column and seems to get in the way of the computer resting back flat on that column.

It looks like it's a cable guide.
HP 15; ryzen 3 5300U APU; 500 Gb SSD; 8GB ram
HP 17; ryzen 3 3200; 500 GB SSD; 12 GB ram
Idea Center 3; 12 gen i5; 256 GB ssd;

In Linux, newer isn't always better. The best solution is the one that works.
