"Solved" check box, check mark missing?

#1 Post by bradhamilton »

Hi Folks,

Forum newbie here. I currently use Vivaldi as my web browser, but I've tested this issue on every "major" browser available in MX.

I have seen many notes, reminding users to check the box at the top right hand of the post which has solved an issue; however, no matter which browser I use, I see no box, check mark, etc. Is there a phpBB setting that I'm missing, or a setting with any of the browsers (FF, FF/ESR, Chrome, Chromium, even MS Edge - none of these show the check box!) that will enable the check box?

Thanks, and I apologize for not using it, until I find a solution!

I saw it only after you were tagged by another admin (Eadwine Rose) - I honestly didn't see it before then, which is why I added the follow-up question - it made me think that someone, somewhere had to do something in the background to enable that checkbox.

I think it was likely the fact that you didn't have 5 posts yet.
