Dies ist ein benutzerdefinierter Fehler:

weil mksquashfs (eine Art rsncy-) excludes relativ zum Arbeitsverzeichnis gemeint sind,
wo vollständige Pfadausschlüsse nicht erlaubt sind, wie die, die Sie der exclude-Liste hinzugefügt haben:

Auf Deutsch: Die Pfade in den Ausnahmen müssen relativ zum Arbeitsverzeichnis sein, nicht absolut. Das hat den Fehler verursacht.

Was heißt "relativ zum Arbeitsverzeichnis" genau, wenn es um Ausschlüsse geht?
Für mich gibt es nur entweder ausgeschlossen oder nicht.
Wie kann ich also diese Pfade/ Ordner ausschließen?

Es geht um die Syntax. Wenn ich mich nicht täusche, musst du nur die Schrägstriche am Anfang der beiden oben zitierten Zeilen entfernen.
