Cannot find installed programs in Winehq

I installed Winehq but i cannot fine the few programs installed .In /home/ryks/.wine/drive_c/ -programs files or Program Files (x86) i have the default folders .

so what i did
$ sudo apt-get install wine32:i386

ryks@ThinkpadX1:~ $ WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=path_to_wineprefix winecfg it looks like wine32 is missing, you should install it. as root, please execute "apt-get install wine32:i386" wine: invalid directory path_to_wineprefix in WINEPREFIX: not an absolute path ryks@ThinkpadX1:~
