What is the fix when a printer only works when the computer is powered up from an OFF state, and the printer does not work when the computer is waken on from a suspend state?

I notice when posting my system info....that the Kernel was the liquorix 6.9.5.1. I thought I had switch away from it some months ago for this older system. So I switched back to the Antix 4.19 kernel...and that seems to have fixed the problem.

I have two Wi-Fi network printers of different makes; after suspend, one of them always works, sometimes the other one disappears.
I usually just reboot, but have sometimes used the 'Print Settings' utility to add a printer, and the missing one can be found.
