#1 Post by Bulat »

Hi,
Very often, it is not possible to type password after rebooting and switching on my laptop.
So, I'm forced to reboot my laptop again.
Thanks!

The Liquorix 6.13.xxx kernels are proving to be problematic. I suggest that you roll back to the 6.12.xxx or to the even earlier 6.9.xxx (which is known to be very stable).

It sounds like your machine is experiencing chip creep. I suggest that you open up your laptop's case and remove, then firmly re-insert: the ram sticks, the SSD and the NVMe.

I have such problems on using a desktop switch (I have 3 of them).
In the very beginning I had no problems - for more than a year.
Since about 3-4 months I experience such problems, when I start the workstation before switching the desktop switch.
When I switch the desktop switch after powering the workstation on and turn the workstation on after switching the desktop switch - everything works fine.
So I guess, some usb-support has gotten worse in the last 3 month.

It was done already two years ago...

Considering that your laptop is only 4 years old and you've already done it once, you might need to do it again. You do live in India where the day and night temperatures can vary quite a bit.
