Bluetooth bagunçado

Fiz algumas alterações (não mexi em config, mas instalei pacotes) e meu Bluetooth parou de funcionar. Sumiu o ícone.
Desinstalei, reinstalei, também o Bluemann, e nada.
Quando reinstalo (fiz mais de 2 tentativas) ele abre com msg de que está desativado, precisa ativar. Tem um botão para isso, e quando clico vê-se que roda, mas some.

escrevi no título que está bagunçado, porque fiz várias tentativas opcionais sem muito conhecimento...
Posso ter desconfigurado algo, daí meu desejo de reconfigurar do zero.
Obs.- vejo que estão listadas vulnerabilidades e possível erro: devo me preocupar em saná-las?

Tens uma cópia de segurança ou uma mudança de horário que possas reverter?

Já tentaste reiniciar o serviço bluetooth?
