motherboard recommendation
i'm looking for a lga1700 ddr5 motherboard which is NIST SP 800-193 compliant within a budget of INR 25000. Any recommendations are welcome. Non wifi and non BT are also cool for my purposes. Purpose is office work with occasional gaming/graphics work.

Why does it have to be NIST SP 800-193 compliant? This is a hard ask for the budget you are after, and it is unlikely to happen in the space of consumer motherboards. For office and occasional gaming, pretty much any board will do even one that is not certified to that NIST standard.

Given the recent stability problems Intel has had with it's high end CPUs, are you sure that you want to specify LGA 1700?

+1 on j2mcgreg's suggestion. I love gigabyte mobo's and use them all over the place.

Another vote for Gigabyte stuff! In the past ASUS has also been quite good but it's been a few years.. If you're determined to have Intel CPU, Intel used to make their own Mobos too, my first Quad build had an Intel board and it was bulletproof. I don't know if they are still in the Mobo market or not. I do know they cost more but had better grade electrolytic capacitors (well they said so anyway)..

Go with Gigabyte based on my personal experience. My first motherboard on my latest build was an ASUS which I had good luck with my last 3 builds but using an ASUS on my 4th build started acting up after 11 months which would cause random hard freezes and after 2 months of diagnostics it completely failed as my computer wouldn't boot up anymore at all which it was out of warranty by then. ASUS quality has dropped so much it like rolling dice. Then I tried MSI which the first one burnt up as soon as I pressed the power button. Got it replaced for free at Best Buy and 2 months later it failed. MSI = lowest quality rubbish! Finally I listened to others to get a Gigabyte motherboard which is still going strong for over 5 years.
I am command line illiterate.
I copy & paste to the terminal. Liars, Wiseguys, Trolls, and those without manners will be added to my ignore list.
