mxfb2025: Index

#1 Post by Jerry3904 »

I went through the entire thread (printed out) and tried to set up reasonable categories from what had been posted. I also added post dates (no links on print copy) that seemed most relevant to each. My thinking is to set up different threads for each category and work our way through. We'll want to be mostly done by the end of May I should think.

Anyone who has some interest in a particular category should feel free to start a categorical thread following the model in my subject line (e.g., mxfb2025: Menus) so we can see keep track of things.
Menus
--root: 8/16, 8/28, 9/10, 10/29, 12/14, 1/16
--rofi: 12/14
--all apps: 7/31, 8/11, 8/16

App development
--exit options: 7/31, 8/15, 8/25, 8/27-28
--tint2: 7/31, 8/11, 9/10, 11/4-5, 11/13-14

Fluxbox settings
--apps: 8/11, 8/17, 8/30
--keys: 8/17, 10/14-15, 11/14 10/25

Default apps
--replacements: 9/28
--dock: 10/28
--MXFB Tools: 10/29, 10/31
--Games 8/16

Appearance
--user themes: 11/27

Corrections/Changes
--new desktop files: 10/29
--mxfb desktop files: add X-MXFB etc.
--conky: 10/29
I don't claim that this is perfect but it does break a huge and chaotic topic into separate ones for easier management--and we can correct and adjust the posts as we go along.
