MX-23.5-32bit_xfce - Desktop-Hintergrund-Auswahl defekt, seid update von 23.4 [Solved]

Hallo, Forum.

Seid den Updates von MX-23.4 auf MX-23.5, ist die Auswahlmöglichkeit für die Desktop-Hintergründe beschädigt.
Ist nur noch eingeschränkt nutzbar.

Das Zeigte sich nach dem errsten Neustart nach den Updates.
Der gewohnte Desktop-Hintergrund fehlte.
Es wurde einer aus dem xfce-Ordner angezeigt.

In der Auswahl ist der Backgrounds-Ordner aber noch vorhanden.
Auch alle Background darin sind vorhanden.
Sie lassen sich auch auswählen.
Aber diese Auswahl wird nicht wie gewohnt sofort als Hintergrund angezeigt.
Ebenso erhält man keine prompte Reaktion, wenn man an den Einstellungen für die Skalierung der Backgrounds etwas verändert.
Aber, in beiden Fällen, wird die zuletzt gewählte Aktion vor dem Verlassen der Einstellungen gespeichert.
Das wird aber erst sichtbar, bei der nächsten Anmeldung am Desktop.
Reboot ist nicht nötig.
Ab- und Anmelden reicht.

Wie kann ich das Reparieren ?

Dies wurde bereits behoben, also führe bitte den üblichen Upgrade-Prozess durch.

Hallo,
ich benutze einen einfachen farbigen Hintergrund ohne Bild und mit nur einem Icon. Sozusagen die Version für Nudisten...

Bei mir gabs nach der ersten Anmeldung einen kostenlosen weißen Desktop mit Mülleimer oben links.
Sah irgendwie nach Zurücksetzen der Hintergrundeinstellungen aus. Neustart hat nichts geändert.

Ließ sich aber ganz einfach wiederherstellen. Der richtige Farbcode war noch gespeichert und musste nur erneut ausgewählt werden.
Danach wieder Papierkorb nach unten rechts und alles war wie vorher.

Schön zu erfahren, dass das Upgrade auch bei anderen Auswirkungen hatte.
Im Grunde ist es bei mir so wie bei Oli.
Und ich wäre auch damit zufrieden gewesen, einfach nur den Lieblingshintergrund neu zuzuweisen.
Das ging ja auch.
Aber eben so gestört, wie in meinen Eingangspost beschrieben.

Also, mit wiederholtem Neustarten und Updates ist da nix.
zu verbessern.

Das ist DIE Lösung.

Ich habe den Editorbenutzt, damit ich mitbekomme, was ich mache.
Der entsprechende Wert stand bei mir im Einstellungs-Editor auf -1.
Ich habe ihn auf 1 geändert.
Alles funktioniert wie es soll.
