MakeMKVcon dependency libc6 version issue (used with VLC)

Today I learned that using method shown a couple years ago on LinuxCapable won't last.
Third-party repo/PPA support rarely survives media cartel harassment.

You're using a 3rd party repo for makemkv from what I can see.

Maybe you should ask the providers of the repo why a repo they marked as bullseye is requiring a libc6 that is newer than that in Debian Bullseye? This is a core dependency that doesn't just get changed in a particular Debian release.

Thanks for that clarity.
Would it make more sense to uninstall makemkv and that repository, and then use mxpi?

Best to uninstall and remove repo.

I'm not booted into mx and can't tell you if we have a version of makemkv.
