Some video suddenly do not work [Solved]
Re: Some video suddenly do not work
I do not think swap space is the problem. I do have a swap file and these videos do not work in Vivaldi, Chrome or Firefox with VPN active or not. Also if VPN set to The Netherlands still a no go.

Re: Some video suddenly do not work
I had something like it several times some years ago, and then it could be solved with the newest ffmpeg inserted (from outside the repo).
I have the repo-ffmpeg installed now. And maybe it is not the cause.
Some sites here do always these things

Re: Some video suddenly do not work
Just a bit of clarification. I can get to the base sites but when i try to run any of the videos, I get that spinning circle which indicates it's loading, but it never does.

I can confirm that they both work with Edge. It must be a Microsoft-centric site. There's still a lot of those around.

Re: Some video suddenly do not work
The default settings in UBlock Origin don't allow those videos to play in Firefox. Disabling UBlock Origin for those sites fixes that.

Re: Some video suddenly do not work
I do not use Ublock. I do have AdBlocker Ultimate but disabling it does not allow those sites to work.

Re: Some video suddenly do not work
They both work here with Slimjet (based on Chromium), haven't tried with others (i.e.):
Even with uBlock Origin On (Also "Ad Blocker" on):
https://www.weerplaza.nl/videopagina/
https://www.rtl.nl/nieuws/artikel/54794 ... erstroming
Check your /etc/hosts file (in case you run the Adblock from menu just once, those web addresses might be in that file, kind of blacklist.)
Edit: The 1st one works also on Falkon and Firefox here.
